• Apply Foria Breast Oil to clean dry hands and directly to your breasts and chest area.
• Start at the shoulders with gentle caressing strokes, moving inwards between your breasts.
• Gently massage the breasts in a circular motion, slowly working towards the nipples.
• Thoroughly massage the entire breasts, working your way from the sides of your breast inwards swooping completely underneath the bottom and wrapping around to the front and center of your chest.
• While raising your arm above your head, use the opposite arm to slowly stroke your arm downwards past your elbow, through your underarm and back across the breasts.  Repeat on both sides and take your time, remember this your new daily ritual for sensual self-care.
