Clean Stream Pump Action Enema Bottle with Nozzle

The Clean Stream Pump Action Enema Bottle with Nozzle gives you more control over your pre-play prep without the awkward squeezing and guesswork of a traditional douche bulb. With a generous 300 mL bottle, one-handed pump and flexible 17.5-inch hose, you control the flow while the slim silicone nozzle takes care of comfortable, targeted cleansing.

Measurement markings on the clear bottle make it easy to see how much water you're working with, while the syringe-style pump delivers fluid through multiple openings in the nozzle for more thorough rinsing. The setup also keeps the bottle and pump comfortably in hand while the flexible hose gives you freedom to position yourself—because getting fresh and ready shouldn't require bathroom gymnastics.

Directions

Fill the clean bottle with lukewarm water, connect the hose and nozzle securely, and apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the nozzle.

Gently insert the nozzle only as far as is comfortable, then use the pump slowly to introduce a modest amount of water. Remove the nozzle and allow the water to empty naturally into the toilet. Repeat only as needed rather than continuously flushing.

For routine anal cleansing, plain lukewarm water is generally the simplest choice. Avoid very hot or cold water, excessive pressure and over-rinsing, which can irritate delicate tissue.

Cleaning and Care

Disassemble the bottle, hose and nozzle after use. Wash thoroughly with warm water and mild soap, paying particular attention to the nozzle openings and internal components.

Rinse away all soap residue and allow every component to air-dry completely before reassembling or storing. Do not use silicone-based lubricant with the silicone nozzle; choose a water-based lubricant instead.

Why You'll Love It

• One-handed pumping means you're in control of the flow
• 300 mL capacity gives you more room to work with than a tiny douche bulb
• Long flexible hose makes positioning considerably less awkward
• Slim silicone nozzle keeps prep comfortable and approachable
• Multiple openings help distribute water rather than relying on one concentrated stream
• Measurement markings take some of the guesswork out of filling
• Everything you need comes together in one reusable kit
• Makes getting fresh before anal play feel a lot more organized

How Does the Clean Stream Pump Action Enema Work?

Instead of squeezing a flexible bulb, the Clean Stream uses a syringe-style hand pump connected to the nozzle through a flexible hose.

Pressing the pump moves water from the 300 mL bottle through the hose and out through multiple openings in the silicone nozzle, giving you direct control over the rinse.

How Big Is the Clean Stream Enema Nozzle?

The silicone nozzle measures approximately 4.5 inches long and 0.5 inches in diameter.

Its relatively slim profile is designed to make insertion more comfortable while still providing multiple openings for cleansing.

How Much Water Does the Clean Stream Bottle Hold?

The bottle has a maximum capacity of 300 mL.

Measurement indicators on the clear bottle make it easier to monitor how much water you've added rather than having to estimate.

What Lubricant Should You Use With the Clean Stream Enema?

Use a water-based lubricant on the silicone nozzle before insertion.

The supplied product information specifically states that the set is not compatible with silicone-based lubricants.
