These are by far the best band I’ve ever used. Most others on the market are far too small to the point of painful. These can be applied semi flaccid and allow more flow in but restrict outflow until you are ready. They are the goldilocks of restriction and comfort.

Soft texture, but holds its shape well. Not floppy like the Echo Ultra Soft. Highly recommended, especially for lesbians who just want the shape and not the other stuff.
