Pride Flags

The pride flags represent the different sexualities and genders that make up the LGBTQ+ community.

The flags aren’t only a way to show your pride in your identity, but they also represent the social and systematic progress the LGBTQ+ movement has made over the years. According to the creator of the Progress Pride flag, the Progress Pride flag intends to make the viewers reflect on their feelings on the original pride flag and its meaning.

For example, the Progress Pride flag includes light blue, pink, and white stripes for trans and non-binary folks, the brown and black for People of Color (POC). The black also represents those affected by AIDS and those who have already lost their life to it.
